The first test is the one everything else is measured against.

A blood sample taken soon after diagnosis establishes a molecular baseline: the starting point for that individual dog.

Every later sample is read against it, so change during treatment can be followed as change, not guesswork.

Is the treatment working? The answer usually arrives late.

Between scans and appointments, there is often little to go on. Routine blood tests were never designed to read the molecular patterns associated with cancer.

If your dog has recently been diagnosed with cancer, we will run the first test at no cost to establish their baseline. Whether you order any later tests is entirely up to you.

THE SCIENCE

One 5 mL sample. Many molecular signals, read together.

Fragment length, epigenetic pattern and concentration are combined into a single read, then compared against reference ranges for that individual dog.
